Skills represent your abilities, for example how good you are at Throwing or FirstAid.

They are percentages ranging between 0% and 300% inclusive, and they're used to:

• roll a SkillCheck eg. when trying to hit somebody in a fight or trying to lockpick a door
• pass a SkillRequirement eg. when determining which Perks you're eligible for or which Dialogue options are available to you
